Poppy McQuay is the author of A Mallory Harper Murder Mystery series—warm, twisty small-town cozies with strong found-family vibes and a very good dog.

Her books feature Mallory Harper, a capable, cheeky amateur sleuth who would absolutely prefer spreadsheets over suspects… but somehow keeps finding herself in the middle of secrets, half-truths, and mysteries no one else wants to untangle.

Poppy loves crafting stories that make readers smile, gasp, and confidently suspect the wrong person at least once. When she isn’t writing, she’s usually cuddling a dog, nursing a cup of coffee she forgot to finish, and collecting odd little details that might one day become clues.
