Yes, that's right, tomorrow is my birthday. To celebrate, I am giving every one of my fans a free short story. Taken was a fun story to write. It was a blast. Jack Harden is a long distance truck driver on a mission to kidnap a woman and bring her home to his "goddess," Dianne. Jack would do anything for the love of his life. This is a short story, not a novel. It runs about 7,500 words. It will be free 6/14-6/18 on Amazon. Good morning.

On Thursday I went to the Emergency Room because I had some inexplicable pain in my lower abdomen. Turns out that I have shingles! What the hell, right? I'm 39 years old as of yesterday and I have shingles?

Oh well. Such is life. I am going to lay on the couch this weekend and catch up on Game Of Thrones. I have episodes 8, 9 and 10 queued up for today.

I am in exquisite agony. Anyone else ever have this happen to them? If so, I sure wouldn't mind some tips on how to minimize my plight. This shit really sucks.
