Book 3, Convince Your Heart, is coming out in May and I am currently looking for ARC readers. ARC stands for Advanced Review Copy and readers who take a free copy promise to leave an honest review for the author. If you are interested, feel free to sign up on my website. Link is in my bio.

New Novella Out

Hello, everyone!
I've been working on revisions on the novella in my urban fantasy romance series THIS REALM CALLED EARTH. This one is called Steal Your Heart, and it basically takes place at the same time book one does.
We follow Joey Ice, a half-selkie, half-human regular guy living in a city in the South (USA). He's a car salesman and though life is pretty good right now, he's considering going back to college.
Charisse is a human who has spent the last five years living on the streets. Now that she finally has an apartment, she hopes to find a job and work her way up to a better life. Meanwhile, she is a thief. Her best friend wants her to join his gang and the promises of safety and family are irresistible.
When Joey and Charisse meet at a party, neither realize that their mutual attraction is going to change their fates.
This one has been a long time coming so I am thrilled that it is finally completed. Meanwhile, book three is through its first draft and ready for edits. I've even started book four, so I have been busy!

Hello Again!
I haven't been up here for quite a while. Things were slow for me as far as writing. I did finally put a new book out last year but I haven't talked about it much. Mental health issues sucked me into a void.
While I'm revamping my vamp books, hehe, I am also writing more on my fantasy romance series, THIS REALM CALLED EARTH. This one has been fun to write but each book requires massive research. Not that I hate research, I mean, I love learning new things. But it is time consuming so writing is slower.
The first two books in the series: Squeeze Your Heart and Free Your Heart are available now on multiple sites. The next is a novella called Steal Your Heart that takes place between these two novels. I do hope to get this one out in a few months. I already have at least three more books planned for this series, so hopefully you guys can check them out. Be sure to leave a review to let me know what you think!
Summer is drawing to a close and the past few years have been rough, but I look forward to much more reading and writing in my future. Let's stay positive and enjoy a good book!

2020, Ugh
This year has been a real pisser for so many reasons. I did have a new book come out, but our yearly anthology has been delayed a bit and paperbacks won't be available until next year.
At any rate, I have been missing from GR for a while and hope that next year I can get back into the swing of things. I hope to have the time and presence of mind to share more about my published works and WIPs.
Here's hoping 2021 is a bit brighter for everyone! See you all then.

All HOLLOW'S Eve
Hollow Hills will be a hosting a release party next month for Aurora Styles's newest book, The Golden Bell. That close to Halloween, of course it will be a costume party, too!
You can join in on the festivities on Facebook, or come in person for some fun. We'll be all decked out in costumes, jamming to an eclectic collection of music, reading bits from our books, and having a grand old time. Contests and prizes galore!

Upcoming Release and Giveaway
Hello, everyone. I wanted to give a little update on what's going on in my little writing world.
I recently pulled three of my books from publication. Cyborgs and Sorcery, Box of Chocolates, and Headstones and Dead Bodies are no longer available titles. Why would I do this? Well, my curious kittens, I will be combining all three collections into one book of short stories.
This new book, published through Hollow Hills, will contain all of the original stories but re-edited, reformatted, and, oh yes, with a few friends to accompany them. That's right, the collection will be expanded to include more fantasy, science fiction, and horror stories for your enjoyment.
Now, here's the fun part.
I need your help, dear reader, in picking a title for my short story collection. That's why Hollow Hills is hosting a giveaway. Here are the rules:
Below are a few descriptions of short stories featured in the collection. Using this information, think of a unique and memorable name for Marie’s new book. Then, using Facebook or Twitter, message Hollow Hills with your name and your book title suggestion. One suggestion per person, please. If Marie decides to use your suggested title, you will win a free digital copy of the collection once it is released. Submissions are needed by June 5th.

A Writing Break
Hello, faithful readers!
Well, guys, it looks like When Thrones Crumble is on hiatus, again. The story has hit a couple snags and just isn't ready to kill off certain characters quite yet. Or maybe I'm not ready. I really have to stop getting so attached to my characters!
Either way, I will be taking a break from writing for a bit anyway. As co-founder of Hollow Hills, a small publishing company that will be starting up quite soon, I will have to readjust my schedule so I can focus on taking on clients. Writing will be on the back burner for a short time, but fear not, Marie will return!
In the meantime, catch up on all the action, humor, sexiness, and horror that encompass my published works. I have some adult fiction for everyone so check out my author page and find something fun!

FREE Paperback Giveaway!

As I work on When Thrones Crumble, book two in the Lord Gerard's Coven series, I realize what a long road it has been with this series. Book one, Threads of A Web, came out January of last year, almost nine years after I first began writing it. I began book two long before the first was ever complete, so it has been many years of tinkering and getting my characters and story just right. I'm hoping When Thrones Crumble will see the light of day early next year.
Until then, enjoy a paperback giveaway for Never Again. This is the first book in the Never series, which right now has two more books planned, but I wouldn't be surprised if the story continued on after I finally finish those other two. What can I say, I like to write series!
