Sometimes I had to discipline myself to write sections that were long and that felt more difficult, but I was obsessed with getting it all down in a way that would be accessible and helpful.
Because I've never tried fiction (though I have wondered if this is the only way I'll ever be able to tell the story of some of the things that I've been through :) ), I've worked out that it's easier and more effective to write down the things that I say the most to people in workshops or in coaching sessions because they are familiar and flow more easily.
I've just recently become aware that I again need to gather together in one place the things that I say the most to people in coaching sessions and workshops - and which they ask me to repeat or to send to them afterwards. So I'm just beginning this new project and may well have a very different take on it once I really get into it and the enormity of it hits me!

When I said that I'd been thinking about it, they applauded! This gave me the motivation to get going and to put everything in one place for people to work on in their own time.

It isn't possible to cover this fascinating subject in one workshop or talk and so a book is the ideal way for me to share my approach to developing an authentic personal style that expresses on the outside who you are on the inside.

I've included questions for self-reflection and self-awareness and all the tips, tools and techniques of colour, proportion and accessorising for genuine self-confidence and self-expression.

I’ve been doing something really interesting over the past 9 days … see if you’d enjoy this too

Do you ever feel swamped by all the stuff that you have around you? Do you have more clothes than you can wear, more paper than you need and all sorts of things that you’re keeping ‘in case’?

There is something extremely liberating about getting rid of what you don’t love or don’t use

I don’t have a big house and I regularly clear out my spaces, but I still seem to have more than I need. I a
