The way its designed is each 30 minute exercise forms a smooth progression from Basic Relaxation to Basic Meditation and finally to Mindfulness.
The course also includes extra MP3's for Walking Meditation as well as 4 additional processes to help with Distractedness, Anxiety and Pain.
Also included is access to a dedicated download facility where I'll regularly upload additional audio files in response to all questions.
And, of course, I provide ongoing and constant email/chat assistance as required.
