On Friday (the thirteenth!) I headed to the Cinema Museum in Kennington, a former chapel crammed with film memorabilia, for, in the immortal words of Richard O’Brien, a science fiction double feature picture show.

I meant to go for a swim yesterday morning but I woke up, thought 'nah', made myself a coffee and put the electric blanket on and got back into bed and the next thing I knew it was 11. These things happen.

Yes, And!

On Thursday I did something I'd been meaning to do for ages, and went to the monthly improv class run by a colleague who very generously does it for no reward other than her love of it. It takes place after work in one of the ground floor meeting-rooms.
