So little time to read them all! I'm actually reading two books right now: "A Scarlet Thread" by Deborah Raney, and "The Seakeeper's Daughters" by Lisa Wingate. Other than those two, I'm not sure what will be next on my list from my To-Be-Read Pile.

How does the author move the story line along, and do the characters sound real? And then write. Write the kind of story you enjoy reading. If you don't love your story, no one else will either. And never give up. If it's something you enjoy -- even if no one else ever reads it -- don't give up.(less)
