I also have a new short story, Gold Tithings, which is currently free at Amazon. I would call it a moody little slavefic, not necessarily romance but relationship- and character-centered. I wrote it as part of a prompt challenge in the original slavefic community and always liked it, so this is a slightly revised version.

My two covers came in at a dead heat in my cover poll, so I went with the one I was leaning toward. But I loved both of them, so the amazing Laura Shapiro turned the second image into a back cover, which is included in the Amazon ebook version. (And if I get a print copy out, which I'm looking into, it will be included there too.)

Hello hello! Popping in to say I have finally, at long last, finished the revisions to In Allegiance, and if all goes well it will be available next week at Amazon, B&N, iTunes, and other sellers. I also plan to make it available at All Romance Ebooks, but that might take a little longer. I'll post here with links as soon as it's available.

To ease the publication process, I'll be taking down the online version this weekend. So grab it now if you want it :). I hope you'll check out the published version, too - the overall story is the same, but I've made some significant revisions that (I think) bring out the romance more, as well as flesh out some character and plot points. I've also added an epilogue, for a bit more closure.

It feels surreal :). Over the next few months I'll be revising it for ebook publication, but until then the completed draft is indexed here.

I've also got a few new projects in the works, including By Design. From king's mages to the world of sweet clueless architects; somehow they make sense together in my head :).

I started working on the novel-length version of By Design, from the M/M Romance Love is Always Write event. Yay for Scrivener! It was always my intention to make it longer, I just didn't have enough time to do it for LiAW. Once I have it in drafty order, I'll post it here as I edit.

In the meantime, I posted Chapter 18 of In Allegiance. Two more chapters left!
