Matthew O’Hare writes dark fantasy with dystopian edges—vampires, rebellions, and flawed found-family bonds. His debut, Roses of the Crimson City (Shadows of the Elders #1), follows Raziel, a vampire commander who chooses humanity over his masters and lights the fuse of a war.

When he’s not line-editing at 2 a.m., Matthew is probably sketching character art, answering ARC messages, or being ambushed by his cat mid-paragraph. He lives in the UK with his family, drinks too much coffee, and loves readers who crave visceral combat, morally gray choices, and a beating heart under all the blood.
