When I first sat down to write, I didn’t imagine my words would turn into a book. I simply wanted to capture the silence, the pain, and the invisible chains that so many children carry into adulthood.

Today, I am proud to say that my debut novel, Hostage to Parents, is out in the world.

This is not just a story about parents and children. It’s about the hidden trauma of control, the longing for freedom, and the courage it takes to find your own voice. The book is a psychological drama — intimate, raw, and deeply personal.

For over 20 years, I’ve been fascinated by psychology and the way family dynamics shape us. Writing this book was both a painful and liberating process. Through my characters, I explored the difficult truths that many of us carry but rarely speak aloud.
