In 2001, Ivan founded 6PM Holdings plc in Malta, a bold startup that would soon disrupt the UK’s healthcare IT sector. Under his leadership, the company grew to employ over 200 people, delivered innovative software solutions to more than 200 NHS hospitals, and scaled to over £13 million in annual revenue. His ability to navigate through global recessions, restructure business models, and lead through vision earned him several prestigious awards, including the European Business Award for Innovation and BOV’s Top Entrepreneur of the Year.

In recognition of his significant contributions to both the IT and healthcare sectors, Ivan was awarded an Honoris Causa doctorate by Middlesex University in the UK.

Today, through his consultancy BITS Ltd, Ivan mentors’ startups, serves as a non-executive director across multiple boards, and continues to inspire leaders through keynote speeches and workshops. His mission remains steadfast: to empower people and businesses to thrive, intentionally, habitually, and with impact.
