Keith was born in Aberdeen, in the North-East of Scotland, on April 18, 1954, and is now 71. This is, however, a man who is young at heart. Keith lived and worked in Aberdeen, establishing a successful AV and Media Production business that he ran for over 40 years before retiring, or semi-retiring, to the Spanish island of Menorca some years ago, where he has had a property for almost 30 years. Keith has two daughters and five grandchildren aged from 13 to 25 years old. They live in and around the Aberdeen area, and Keith visits throughout the year.
Based in Menorca, Keith lives with his partner Janey. He and Janey are widely travelled, with the Caribbean Island of Antigua being a great favourite of theirs both.
Keith’s writing of ‘Drowning in Guilt’ is a change in direction for him into literary fiction. He previously self-published two young adult fantasy books, written initially for his grandchildren. ‘Peter and the Boy’ and’ The Ostrigon,’ where he also provided the illustrations.
He was encouraged by his family to read to his grandchildren via the use of FaceTime to make up for his living abroad. Keith decided to take the role in a different direction.
He has a vivid imagination and admits to being blessed or sometimes perhaps cursed with extraordinary dreams. These often helped shape his business ideas, but now his imagination and dreams have found a new home in his writing.
Keith writes by hand whenever and wherever the mood takes him. On a flight, waiting in an airport, on his boat or a beach and sometimes at his desk on a rainy day. Once transferred to the typed versions, his partner, Janey, assists him in editing and refining the stories. This novel, although fiction, is based on some personal experiences, people he has met throughout his life, stories they have told, and places he has visited.
Keith freely admits the experience of writing ‘Drowning in Guilt’ has been amazing. He has ideas for other similar adventures as his imagination never rests.

Great follow on from the first book in the series Peter and The Boy. Great illustrations that allow your imagination to immerse you in the story. Great read for all ages.
