My inner critic doesn't speak English🌚

‎I’m just starting to work as a new job, and my manager told me:
‎“your WORK is very very BAD.”
‎
‎If he had said it in Arabic(mother tongue ), I would’ve collapsed…
‎breakdown, panic attacks, shortness of breath, a whole night of “why am I like this?”
