In July 2022, I had the honor of working with producer RONNIE KING to bring my first single, ���Save Yourself��� to life. The response to that inspirational song was phenomenal. Though our schedules are in high demand, we have been collaborating behind the scenes on a new song called ���Time to Change the World.���

Mr. King composed the music himself, allowing me to write the lyrics and provide the vocals. We genuinely want the song to help encourage any supportive drive to change and heal the world. Of course, that is always through the conduit of self-awareness and the ambition to do so.

We cannot wait to share this new expressionism release to inspire you. We have no set release date as it is still at the raw production level. Any updates will come as the progress goes -- we promise.

Yesterday was World Thrombosis Day:


Blood clots formulate in your veins to slow down or become blocked in the arms or legs.

I suffer chronically from Deep Vein Thrombosis ( Factor V Leiden) in the left leg. I consistently fight for my life so when clots formulate it does not dislodge and go into the lungs for a pulmonary embolism. It is a deadly medical condition, but I work hard to keep myself healthy, exercise, and take blood thinners to prevent such circumstances of the silent killer.

I have pushed hard to lose weight, use my creativity as a therapy to ease my worrisome mind, and leave a legacy behind for my loved ones and fans. Every day is a victory for me and I keep striving to be strong for others.

Today, please stand with me to support individuals like myself striving to stay present and survive daily with this atrocious risk factor.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to my mother. She has been gone from my life since 2016. I miss her laugh and insightful talks. She was my creative strength and inspired me in everything. Definitely a unique soul who is blessed in so many ways. I am grateful to have been her child and overjoyed to celebrate her life today.

I am so excited to have received my IronWrath autograph Limited Edition RED CD. Every song just has an impactfulness to it. The band's music videos correlate equally as impressive to bring the meaning visually alive. All the band members, with their uniqueness, make a great team. You just have to hear them to agree with me.

I would love to thank my boyfriend Sean Silas for adding me amongst his many thanks in the CD sleeve. I am so honored to support and love his guitarist dreams.

Today is the 4th International Corn Man Day.

The goal for International Corn Man Day is to find one way we can reduce our processed corn intake. Charles Wiley, our good friend, and creator of Corn Man also explains this in a interview I did with him on my Insomnia Hour Talk Show. He also has great illustrated books that give insightfulness about it.

Another great highlight to this day is when my boyfriend Ironwrath guitarist Sean Silas came out to visit. We made sure to wear our shirts together in order to support this amazing day. Please join us in celebration and supporting #internationalcornmanday

The last poetic canto I wrote was 'The Huntsman Stole My Heart,' which won a magnificent trophy for poetic achievement.

This year, I want to submit a new book concept with a more gothic presence and not so much a tragic love story.
My poetic canto ingenuity writing is my favorite form of writing and my most vigorous literary mastery because William Shakespeare has always inspired me. Not to mention, I was born on his birthday.

I've always professed in my interviews that his spirit is a conduit for my poetic articulation.

Note: The book's title is yet to be picked. I have several in mind and will announce it closer to Halloween. I promise - promise.

I can only imagine this is what my older book characters feel when seeing that I'm focused on a new book character concept-- absolutely livid. Ah, the bemusement of my mood today writing.

My world is a wonderment of

"Blood Never Looked So Much Sweeter" -- HoB quote.

It has been a long journey for the House of Blood book series, and I have started finishing up writing book 6, 'The Blood Equinox,' which is coming out this new year.

I am slowly remastering each paperback book(s) and joining them to be a solid hardcover merger. It will be an exciting release for many fans who have been waiting. I do apologize for the long pause in the series.

Lastly, I just finished the audio recording for 'A Vampires Remorse,' which is now being edited for the audiobook release. Lots going on behind the scenes!

I always get teary eyes hearing about how my painting creates a deep emotional connection for the new owner.
