I suppose Haloween is as good a time as any to start blogging.

I have never really done it before because it seems to me that we are sometimes inundated with opinions and ratings. The first question I always ask when I hear about a top ten list is "Says who?" I always want to consider the source before forming an opinion and maybe I have been shy about being the 'source.' So here we are - blogging.
What do you want to know about most?

My first thought is to focus on Wine, Spirits and Beer for the normal people. There are enough super amazing beverage geeks out there telling us about boutique brands and really strange ways to make cocktails or a beer that is so localized that you will never be able to find it in your town - what about the rest of us?
I think that's what I'll focus on if you don't mind?
Any feedback would be welcomed.
