It looks like the user with nickname 'A' seems to be a part of scammers ring. They try to extort you for money in exchange of defrauding your readers with fake 5 star reviews. And if you decline, they bombard you with 1 start ratings. The red flags to look for: they have private accounts, they don't accept messages and they don't allow other readers to comment or reply to their reviews.

To my dear readers,

Please be advised that I have been recently contacted by number of scammers, trying to extort money from me in exchange for 'tons' of fake positive reviews on my books. When I declined to scam my readers, that started to attack me with 1 star reviews. When I Googled it, I found this: 'Extortion Scams: Scammers target authors, especially new or indie authors, with demands for money (around $200 has been reported) to stop a wave of one-star reviews on their books.'
