David N. Hackney, MD is a practicing maternal-fetal medicine specialist and Professor of Reproductive Biology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. As the ACOG Section Chair for Ohio during the Dobbs decision, he was an early witness to the structural chaos unleashed on patients and physicians by the abortion bans. His commentary has been featured across multiple years in The New York Times, HealthAffairs, MedPage Today, Doximity and STAT Health.
