Book Two of the Kallias Chronicles On Sale

Yes, I’m on a roll and no one can stop me! The second book in my ancient Greece adventure series, The Kallias Chronicles is now on sale. Get on over to Amazon.com and grab your copy of Sinon’s Secret right now! Let’s take a moment to judge the book based on its cover.

Sinon's Secret

Get it on Amazon, including the US and UK stores.

Pretty cool! And based on a title like that, you know I can’t say much more about it. However, since all 3.5 of my loyal readers are here right now, I’ll go ahead and giv...

Launching a New Series Set in Ancient Greece

I’ve been away for a while, but I have not been idle. Well, yes, I’ve been idle at times. However, I still have managed to produce the first book in my new historical adventure series, The Kallias Chronicles. Check out this cover for the first book, The Spears of Athens.

I’m excited to share this with everyone. I had to do a fair bit of research into this time period, somewhat accounting for the delay with the initial release. However, now that I have all the foundational stuff done, I ho...

Wrapping Up 2025 and Looking Ahead

What a year it has been. My writing productivity really took a hit due to numerous other variables in my life. Looking only at the amount of work published, you might think I gave up or something. Never! I just had some extended pauses along the way, but I always got back to the keyboard.

My longest and most popular series, The Forgotten Heroes of Rome, came to a close this year. My slow production rate, plus the long story, combined to drive sales into the garbage. Readers either forgot I ex...

Final Book in Republican Rome Series On Sale

I cannot believe I typed that post title, but it is true. The final book in my Forgotten Heroes of Rome series is now on sale at Amazon US and UK, as well as all other international Amazon stores.

I think I did a good job bringing this story to its conclusion. I can’t say more about it, or else I’ll spoil the ending. Honestly, if you’ve read the series so far, then you will read this book to see how it all ends. I don’t need to tease you into buying it. (Or do I? If you read the other 15 b...

Latest in Forgotten Heroes of Rome Released

The year is not quite yet at the halfway mark, and I’m only just now releasing the fifteenth book in this series. I suppose that could be because I released the last one in December. I did take a break for the year end holidays, but got right back to the keyboard after that. Oh well. I’m sure I can produce a suitable excuse if pressed for one. As you can see, I did write the next book…….

If you have been with the series all along (and I would assume so, since not many readers follow a ser...

A New Book to Wrap Up the Year

Wow, I almost thought I might miss releasing another book this year. What can I say? I managed it with a few weeks left. Hopefully you’ll be able to read it on a nice new device you got for being a good person this year. However, it is available now! So don’t wait, but run to the Amazon store and get a copy now. If you prefer a paperback, you will have to wait a bit longer for that to pass review. It should be available on the store before long.

Have a look at this awesome cover!

In th...

Latest Book in Forgotten Heroes of Rome Released

At last, after a furious summer or writing and rewriting, I have put up the latest entry into my ancient Rome historical fiction series. I humbly offer you, Snake and Scorpion, available on all Amazon stores, including US and UK.

This was a crazy ride for me. The story deals with closing lots of different story threads. I was careful to leave the book with a way forward into new story arcs. (At least I hope readers will see it that way!) It’s also a fair bit longer than other books in the...

First Book for 2024

Oh yes! It’s that time for my thrice yearly shill-fest to tell you about my latest book. What can I say by now other than to beg you to buy it or check it out on Kindle Select? Seeing that I’m at a loss for words, I’ll let a picture fill in a thousand of them.

Shadow Republic, Forgotten Heroes of Rome Book 12

I think this cover illustration captures the essence of this book and our three heroes quite well. This story brings up some new challenges for our heroes. They are no longer carefree boys just free to run around and get crazy howev...

A Year-End Offering

Wow! Here’s my last book for the year, unless I become mega-productive and jot down 90K words between today and Dec 31st! That’s never going to happen. So please enjoy my latest offering in the Forgotten Heroes of Rome Series, Coils of the Serpent!

I know I always say this, but this was not a simple book to write. However, it is for an entirely different reason this time. In the middle of writing this book, my body rebelled against me. Indeed, it was a full-on revolution. Both of my hands...

Here We Go Again….

….With my latest books sales pitch! Yes! I have walked through fire and emerged unscathed with a new book ready for your reading pleasure. That sounds more dramatic than what I really did. But I’ll say it was a tough ride this time. I got desperately ill after taking an extended overseas vacation. Just before I returned to the US, apparently I visited some sort of virus buffet and just grabbed all that I could. I was flattened for weeks before I could even start thinking of the next book. So it ...
