Chuck Lund is a horror aficionado in the most literal sense. He grew up on Poe, Stoker, Shelley, and Lovecraft, then moved on to the contemporaries — Stephen King among them — who are already becoming classics in their own right. Writing came later, after considerable trial and error, culminating in his debut novella, Cursed Nightmare. An academic life spent among old manuscripts, grimoires, and occult manuals continues to feed his imagination.
