Disasters Facing Humanity
I'm fascinated by what people believe are the greatest threats to our civilization or our even our existence. On FB I've run surveys to find out. Such as -- Which of these are the biggest dangers to our lives: Tornados or Lightening, Animal Attacks, Insect or Snake Bite, Comets or Asteroids, or Artificial Intelligence? How would you rank these?
Course we don't usually think in those terms. Instead I'm usually more concerned about these types of disasters: "Premature Postulation" (hitting post or send and really wishing you hadn't). Or, "Unrecent Exposure" (having your old high school buddies with long memories find you on facebook).
