Back from the void (and bringing a new story!)
It’s been a long time since I posted here. I got (very gratefully!) swept up in traditional publishing (under another name), and while it’s been an amazing experience (which I hope will repeat itself several times over) it left little time for personal writing, fun writing, but most tragically, reading.
I get a little breather now and finally, finally have time to return to stories that are entirely self-indulgent and let me play with slow-burn messiness and the kind of stories and love that might not be as well-received in mainstream publishing. Basically, they fulfil my inner freak which I usually sustain mostly through fanfic (eternally grateful for fandom, the gift that keeps on giving).
So — I’m serialising a new project called Revenant, it’s a BL dark fantasy about a fallen celestial and a vampire, it’s set in modern times but I’ve loved putting together the lore. It’s character-driven, supernatural, and definitely not short on longing or complicated loyalties (and it certainly won’t be short on sexiness by the time I’m done with it).
