I’m an I.T. Engineer (Hero), from Lubbock, Texas (by day). This novel began life as a short story to pass the time while I was visiting my wife in the hospital (when she slept, I wrote). I went on to complete five short stories, and I printed them out and put them away... But Trish would not leave me alone… She kept putting more words in my head, and soon I had the bug to flesh out BROKEN DREAMS, and see what kind of trouble Trish could get into (with my help of course). I am going to do the same with the rest of my short stories. Who knows... We may even have to visit Trish again a few more years down the road.

I liked this book quite a bit! Stephen King did a great job of pulling me in and keeping me interested. His take on a vampire infested small town was great and the mood of the book felt right all the way through. I highly recommend this book.

I really liked Carrie! Stephen King did a great job building this story, and I enjoyed the ride. The ending fit the book, and was satisfying for me. Sometimes Mr. King's books are lacking in the finale department, but this did not miss! ...more

I really like this book. Stephen King finished this series in a great way! The book has a few slow places, but keeps pace pretty well and I was not disappointed in anything I read.
