KATHERINE WOOD began
writing when she was in elementary
school and hasn't stopped. She
currently lives in Saint George,
Utah, with her dog, Gidget. She is
the current expert on the Midlands
and the adventures of Gideon
Biddle. She spends her time
researching the Midlands, avoiding
the MRA, and teaching US History
and US Government at a local high
school. She is an avid young adult
fiction fan, fantasy fiction fan,
historical fiction fan, and science
fiction fan. She spends most of her
free time either writing or reading.
