A. Murtagh started writing novels because she'd gotten a lot from stories and wanted to give something back. She released her first book, 'Soldiers', in 2012, and after an unexpected illness and a break from writing, the second installment in the Taylan series is due out this spring. She is also working on 'The Roads', the first of a different trilogy. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and music, and she's pretty sure sitting in beer gardens counts as an outdoor activity. I Haven't Read Shit Lately

As in, I have read nothing. Nada. I haven't finished a novel since August.

For a writer, this is obviously unusual. I have started about four novels, and got over half-way through one book, and I just...haven't found myself invested. I've been spending most of my spare time either writing or catching up with my third parent, television. I'd forgotten how much I used to love television.
