RUDOLPH “RUDY” ROSEN, is a research professor at the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment, Texas State University, where he directs a leadership initiative, focusing on teaching and research on nonprofit organizations. Rudy specializes in executive leadership and management of nonprofit organizations and public agencies, cause-related advocacy, and funds development.
