I just want to truly say that this book is such a blessing and I thank God for sister Shearon Hurst her writings and devotions go to a place in your life to heal the broken hearted and bring refreshing strength and encouragement to wounded and dying souls. It is like God is speaking to you right where you are and the words we designed just for you. I love the book so much that I have purchased almost 20 copies to give to my sisters in Christ Jesus and my daughter and some of her friends.

This book has so touched me. I really feel our Heavenly father is trying to talk to me. It's a daily devotional which makes you look at different scriptures, too. Then you can write a small journal entry. What is God trying to tell you? Have you been hearing His still voice? Talk about a blessing. It reminds me of Jesus calling and God calling daily devotionals. I have started keeping a prayer journal. God talks to us in different ways - through the Bible first, then through other people, books, in our hearts, and even through animals. You never know. Just Be Still and know He is God... TRUST ME, THE STORM WILL END
FROM DEVOTIONAL BOOK
"WHERE PEACEFUL WATERS FLOW"
I come unto you this day to heal, restore, and to bring you closer into My presence. It does not matter how the storm may rage around you; I am The One that is always in control. You must trust Me to the end no matter how hard the storms are raging in your life.
Always remember, the trial you are going through; this thing that has come to test your faith will end. My child, trust Me, the storm you are facing will end. You must be ready to go on trusting even unto the last hour. I will make a way when you cannot see your way. I want you to rely on Me alone. Trust in My Spirit, not in what you see. Trust; fear not, and know I am able to do what I promised.
What is it, you fear? Do not listen to what others are telling you. Listen only to My voice, only My voice. Stand on what you know to be true. Do you remember the last miracle I performed in your life? How you marveled at what I did? You said, "I can't believe Jesus did that." But I did, did not I? My Child, I will do it again. I took what you saw as impossible and made it possible. So, why do you wonder if I am able to provide?
Oh My child, I say unto you this day, please take time to remember the blessings of the past, and do not worry. I have spoken unto the storms and commanded them to cease! That storm shall be no more. I am pouring forth upon you a sweet and gentle rain; it shall renew, strengthen, and breathe new life into you. Embrace what I am doing; do not resist. I need you to trust in Me until the end. I will provide, have not I always? Trust Me the storm will end.

I love Psalm 139, read it when you have time, it will bless you.
Psalm 139:7-10 says, "Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there, If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me."
Be encouraged to rest in the security of the Lord and know God is with you; and from His perspective, all is well. He knows where you are, and what you are going to say even before you say it. Isn’t He wonderful? Oh, I just love Him so! Hear what He has to say:
When the trials and tribulations of this world come your way remember, I know where you are, and I am in control. I hold you in the palm of My hand. I am never surprised about what is going on in your life. I do not have to react to anything the enemy sends your way. You can never flee from My presence, so your attitude should be one of trust and confidence. Never allow the spirit of fear to enter into your heart, for I am with you. You should always enter My presence with a spirit of thanksgiving and praise.
I know your every thought. I AM your creator and I know how much you can bear. I know your strengths, and I know your weaknesses. Remember, I even know the number of hairs on your head, and the numbers of each one. Amazing, isn’t it? Yes, I know that much about you. After all, I created you. My wisdom, understanding, and strength are immeasurable. Is there anything too hard for Me? No! Therefore, rest in knowing there is nothing you will ever face that I cannot see you through.
So, be encouraged this day. I know where you are, and I have worked things out for your good. I see what you are going through, and I have not forgotten about you. Remember, I promised to always be with you, even to the end of this world. I will never break My Word to you. Therefore, you can rest in the promise of My security and love. Rejoice in knowing that you are the apple of My eye, and I know where you are
