Well, I haven't posted in a long while! Life has been very hectic the last few years, but I'm getting things under control, or at least I would like to believe I am. :-D I have been playing around with some art apps and I found a few that are really fun to use on photos taken with a smartphone. As for the post title it's referring to my casual hobby of collecting comics and the two gems in this photo that I found a few short years ago at a sale. Remember going in the dime store when you were a kid and seeing a rack of pre-bagged comics for a buck or two? Hanging on the end of the bookcase are are two sealed bags of Richie Rich comics, unopened for at least 40 years! My favorite comic when I was around five or six! I don't have any valuable comic books in my collection, but I have some that are very special to me, and that is what counts. That's my Basset hound laying on the floor. :-) He's really cool too!

Those eyes peaking out at you in the dark...

The Curiosity Rover vaporizing rocks on the planet Mars! Nobody is standing directly behind the rover. In fact Nobody is standing in front and to the left and right of the rover. What an enigma! Only on Mars! The rover landed in 2012. Nobody landed in 2011.

I found my old game system in storage. I dusted that sucker off and it plays just as great the first day I got it! I'm reliving my Pitfall glory days! Whoohoo!
