Whilst thinking what to write about I thought to myself, how long had I actually wanted to write for? Ive dabbled yes but i mean really write. the truth is for as long as i can remember. what stopped me i hear you ask? For someone to bare their soul and open themselves up to persecution and ridicule for airing what resides in the mind takes a tremendous amount of guts. guts that im sorry to say i didnt have. then one day it hit me. Who am i writing for? i write for me and if just one other person enjoys my work then in my eyes ive made it.

Here's a sneak peak at an excerpt from The Witchlings - Midnight curse.
My dearest Roxanne
I know that as you read this letter you will be feeling confused, scared and hurt. I am truly sorry that you are hurting for that was never my intention. You and your father mean the world to me and that is why I had to leave, to protect you. You must have a lot of questions for me and I intend to answer every single one. There are things that you need to know about your heritage so you can protect yourself. I am hoping that by now you live back in Holbrook. I made your dad promise to bring you back there to live when you were 16 so you would be surrounded by the people that can help you. I can help you Roxanne as I have been living in Holbrook since I left. I
need you, when you are ready, come to Holbrook farm, any time, night or day and I can explain everything in person. I hope you can forgive me for leaving but you will see that I had no other choice.
Please don’t blame your father for any of this. He was only carrying out my instructions that were vital to keep you safe.
My eternal love
Mum x
“Mum is here, oh my god.”
A numbness coursed through her body, sick wanted to escape her stomach. So many emotions span round in her head. She felt dizzy. Nervous? Excited ?
“Yes excited, that’s what I feel, my mum is here and she wants to see me. After all these years, she actually wants to see me.”
All the years of feeling abandoned. Yes she was angry and hurt and scared but her main emotion was excitement. Roxy needed to get her head straight though, before she paid her a visit her. She needed to
gather her thoughts and try to organise the questions that were still whizzing around in her mind. Midnight watched her with concerned eyes.

Here's a sneaky peak at an excerpt from my new novel The Witchlings - Blood moon.
Enjoy.
BANG BANG BANG. It sounded like the windows were about to shatter.
“What the hell is that?” Spencer shouted and took a stance preparing to fight.
“Step back from the windows. Luke watch Roxanne and your mother. Ryan stay with the girls. Spencer come with me. “
Everyone did as they were bid, Luke ushered Mrs. Nero and Roxy over to Ryan and took his place by Spencer’s side behind Catherine. Gingerly they neared the window. The boys grabbed either side of the curtains while Catherine readied herself to deliver whatever magic the situation called for.
No one could have predicted the sight that met their eyes. Out side thousands of crows lined the fences. On the ground lay countless dead ones. Not a single patch of ground could be seen for their dead bodies. The windows had cracked under the constant barrage of kamikaze birds. Crows flying straight into the glass, not letting up for a second. A million more were in flight circling the outskirts of the estate. The noise was deafening, shrill tones filled the air. They were under attack.
The rest of the group had now gathered around the windows, shielding their eyes from the fragmented glass that was being sprayed every time a crow landed a direct hit. They stared out in total bewilderment.
“Catherine what's going on?” Lauren asked with fear penetrating through every word.
“The curse of blood moon, phase two The Crows” Catherine whispered dejectedly.
“What do you mean Catherine?” Brooke asked, trying to make her voice fearless.
“I've heard of this before. Traditionally there are five phases of a blood moon during which the reason is unveiled.”
Ryan and the twins appeared carrying large sheets of plywood, hammers and nails. The boys leapt into action covering all the windows with the wood. Each time they finished a window the noise would stop from that one and more crows appeared at the next.
Catherine yelled for the phone and immediately pumped in the number of the High council. She left the room and they all knew that she was leaving them to avoid whatever shocking news she was about to learn.
“Has anyone else heard of these phases?” Brooke asked the question that was on everyone’s lips and all eyes focused on Mrs. Nero.
“Yes I've heard of these phases. Yesterday when the clock struck ten and the red haze still shone through the curtains it immediately crossed my mind. The phases some say are linked to the plagues of Egypt. The first phase is eternal darkness, hence the fact the sun hadn’t risen that morning. Then come the crows.”
Enjoy.

Hi everyone,
First business of the day has to be that I've finished my second book. Yippee I hear you all say. I have a few amendments to go through but i am well ahead of schedule for the release date of October 30th.
Secondly I have an event going on where you can get your full name in the second book as a character and you will also win a signed copy. all you have to do is tell me who your favorite character is in The Witchlings trilogy and a tiny reason for your choice and i will pick the best answer.
Good luck!!!
My fist book The Witchlings-Midnight curse has only been published for 4 weeks and is doing so well. The reviews are coming in and i have to say i am extremely pleased. Thank you all so much for your support. You have helped to make my dream come true. If anyone has any questions they would like to ask then do be shy and get in touch.
Have a lovely day

Here is another little taster from my up coming book Blood moon (The Witchlings #2)
Twisted clouds stained with red, angrily blanketed the moon. Ten minutes prior the skies were still, calm and strangely comforting. There's a lot to be said for normality. Now is most definitely not normal. Something was coming. Something dark, terrifying. Legends say the blood moon brings five phases.
1. Eternal darkness
2. Crows
3. Possession
4. Five angels of hell
5. Death of the first born
Crimson viciously splattered the sky above. Each passing moment it grew deeper, more intense. On restful beds, the town of Holbrook slept, unaware that their lives were about to change. Forever.
And so it begins.
