Tao of Bipolar, released April 1!

Are you bothered by strong emotions or swings in moods? Are you creative, but feel unable to fulfill your potential? My newest book, "The Tao of Bipolar" (co-authored with my husband, C. Alexander Simpkins) is written for people who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or for those who are moody, to help find a balance that will allow you to express your unique individual talents well. We draw on ancient wisdom of the Tao combined with the latest from neuroscience that shows how moods alter the brain in characteristic ways, and that meditation can counter these changes. Meditation has a dual effect: It calms you while also making you more alert and aware. By weaving these yin/yang opposites through meditation practice, you can use this dual effect to attune to your deeper nature, your Tao, to find the energy balance that is just right for your unique individuality, to uplift when depressed and calm when manic. http://www.newharbinger.com/tao-bipolar
