Oliver Harper is a Father of four children and has been married for twenty seven years. He is employed as an Executive Director for a National Foster Care Agency in the Atlanta area. Mr. Harper has graduate degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Professional Counseling, Leadership and Apologetics. His prior publication “Parental Proverbs for Instructional Living” is available on Amazon & Barnes & Noble.
