Midlife Wellness Bingo
One person says creatine. Another swears by collagen. Then it’s protein, magnesium, electrolytes, fiber, probiotics, vitamin D, strength training, cold plunges, red light therapy… and somehow we’re all supposed to remember which powder goes in which water bottle.
I’m genuinely trying over here, but has this whole thing has become a little ridiculous?
