Hope you are staying safe out there. You ask a really good question. There are many many answers to this, but I would say what has helped me is to read. Read a lot. Everything. Also--write as much as you can when you can. Don't make it fancy. Just give yourself a 30 minute block and write as much as you can! Does this help? (less)
