Jo Grix was born in a small, East Texas town and spent a good many summer days at her grandparents' bay house outside of Palacios, Texas not far from the imagined location of Widdendreams Island. She began writing at the age of twelve, and has yet to stop.
When she isn't writing, Jo is never found far from a computer, between her day job and her interest in reading, she's probably spent more time using a computer in the last six years than she has sleeping. ...more
