I had so much fun writing yesterday! I had an "Aha! moment" that has me totally excited, and I wrote just over 3800 words, which took me over the 80,000 word checkpoint!

Please keep me in your prayers as the Lord leads. I've been so blessed to see the Lord working through this project over the past few weeks.

Wrote about 2400 words today, finishing Chapter 29! So excited!
Here's a quick quote from today's work:

Another 2800 words added to "Hebbros" today! Praise the Lord!

There were a few surprises for me and that was fun! You can look forward to a heartsick slave, a rage-driven ruler, a shadowy interloper, and "the beginning of the end"!

Sound fun? ;)

I've reached the 300 page mark in Hebbros!! Praise the Lord!

Luke’s small chest heaved with each excited breath as his gaze quickly honed in on a middle-aged man standing quietly before the barred gate.
Here was the reason behind the mayhem in Hebbros.
The stranger’s hands were bound before him with a leather thong, and a rope around his ankle constrained him to a sturdy pole anchored in the ground. A scattering of rotting vegetables gave proof that the prisoner had suffered these humiliating conditions for several days. His calm but probing eyes surveyed the jeering crowds until they landed on the little boy across the way and he offered a quiet smile.
Peace.
The serenity in those gray eyes jarred Luke’s senses as a foreign emotion combating the surrounding chaos.

I left poor Sarah in a pitiful situation, Sir Kenrick is raging mad, and our unknown interloper is once again at work.

Having fun and praising the Lord for progress!

It's been a while since I've posted! Life has been busy, but I'm happy to say that I've been able to get more writing done lately! Also, today I had a ton of fun revising my cover for Hebbros (for the 3rd time) and I'm so excited about the results!

So here's a look at my New Year's resolutions for 2014...

1. Finish & publish Hebbros.
2. Edit and publish a series of 4 books that has been sitting idle on my computer for far too long!

Please keep me in your prayers, and ask that God will guide me through this process and be magnified in the results!

I love a good relaxing snow day! Today, that meant 3100 words added to Hebbros! This was really encouraging as I'm still hoping for a spring publication.
I'm so excited to see the Lord at work.

Hey everyone! I have some news as well as a prayer request...

The first draft for Hebbros has been completed! I was up writing late last night and then couldn't fall asleep because of my excitement!

God is so good!

Please pray for me and my editing team as we set about getting the book ready for publication. Also, please pray that the publishing process would go smoothly.
