(Long Overdue) Thoughts

Hello, Tumblr.

I sort of went back and forth in my mind about writing this piece. Thing is, I haven’t–actually–written anything about turning older for quite some time. If I’m not mistaken, the last time I did write something down about the subject matter was during my early twenties.

“I might be making a fool out of myself,
I might be not.

I might be holding on to something that might exist–
well, it might not.

I might have invested more than I wanted to,
I might have not.

But a choice is a choice,
one that I must live through–
and all kinds of sorrow and sadness
might wait for me at the end of it all.

Or they might not.”

The saddest part is that people can’t understand that this is exactly how others suffering from mental illnesses feel.

Wow… I’ve never related to a photoset more…

Reblog for awareness that some people need that extra push..

Its sad how accurate this is and how I feel when I go off the grid for a while.

You know, when we first met, I was looking for something in my life. And I wanted it so badly that I made myself believe you were it. But I think wanting to believe something isnât the same as something being real. And this isnât real.

After releasing two previous short story collections, ‘HOPE’ (2012) and 'remembrances’ (2013), I’m now tackling a different form of literature–a novella. 'She and I’ is a science fiction short novel about love and family written entirely in dialogues. Personally speaking, this is probably the most exciting thing I’ve ever done so far.

It is with pleasure that I announce I am now receiving preorders for early September shipment. The book is 242 pages thick and will set you back by IDR 75,000....
