Dancing the Witches' Goat Dance

Time for Halloween reading? This month at Tales of Terror I'm doing Women in Horror for my October authors. Last week was Margaret Oliphant's The Secret Chamber. This week is Mme. Blavatsky's The Ensouled Violin, which features a fiction about Paganini's Witches' Dance concerto.

I also have a guest blog post at Monster Librarian "Literary Ladies of Horror's Haunted Mountain" about women in horror, past and present.

Stop by for some fun Halloween reading time with women in horror.

And in case you missed it, I'm still looking for opinions and comments at my blog post "Quiet Horror, Still the Darling for the Horror Genre. This single post got nearly 1000 hits and some 50 comments.

Mary Shelley's The Invisible Girl

Would you like to read a short story by Mary Shelley, not as sci-fi or horror writer but as ghost writer?

I'm betting most of the readers here have not experienced The Invisible Girl.

Free read for your Halloween entertainment at Tales of Terror blog.
