I write poetry, short fiction, creative non-fiction, and, with my sister Gabrielle Daly, comic novels under the pen name Gert Loveday. Gert writes with brio of peculiar diets and exercise regimes, reality TV, gourmet cooking, pigeons, cutting-edge fashion, gurus, egomaniacs, liars and frauds of all kinds, and literature from the Norse sagas to Jeffrey Archer.

We blog on books, writing, and all kinds of literary and wordy fun at Gert Loveday's Fun With Books, where you can also find information about our three books published to date.
