About the Author

With a Masters’ Degree in Science and more than 28 years as a science museum director, Lynne Kennedy has had the opportunity to study history and forensic science, both of which play significant roles in her novels. She has written six historical mysteries, each solved by modern technology.
Time Exposure: Civil War photography meets digital photography to solve a series of murders in two centuries.
The Triangle Murders was the winner of the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers Mystery Category, 2011, and was awarded the B.R.A.G. Medallion Honoree Award for independent books of high standards.

Think about characters. Who could they be? Wmen, men, rich, poor? Cops, nurses, teachers. Make up a silly story about a character. Throw them in different settings and locations. Try anything to get those words down. It will come if you persist.(less)

March 25, 1911
It was an ordinary Saturday, a workday at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory in Greenwich Village, New York. No one could possibly know that it would be the day of the most catastrophic event before 9-11. By day’s end, 146 garment workers, mostly women, would be dead. The world would forever be changed.
