Make $1,000 a Day Selling TSA Liquidation Items

Chris Koerner in a recent video…

there are these liquidation marketplaces where you can buy Costco returns and everything the TSA confiscates, you can buy for pennies on the dollar.

Two such websites 👇

govdeals.combstock.com

👍 Chris recommends…

What you should do and can do is build an agent… just vibe code an agent that finds items for sale [on these marketplaces] according to your filters… let’s say under $3000 within a 100 miles of your zip code.

And then it just posts them all for sale on Facebook Marketplace at a set markup, call it 80%.

So you list all these things on Facebook Marketplace and whatever starts taking off, getting a ton of hits and inquiries, then you actually go spend the money to buy the thing.

So essentially a dropshipping business, but an AI agent would do all the work to find winning products and willing buyers 🎯

$4K/Month Printing Out Text Messages Into Books

Joshua ZJoshua ZFounder of My Forever Books $4000 approx monthly revenue

📝 Joshua Z writes

I made $34k after a year of printing out text messages into books.

His business…

My Forever Books. A website where you can upload your text messages (iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) and get them printed into a real, physical book. Top use cases being anniversary gifts or preserving the texts of family/friends that have passed.

Exactly a year ago today, I made my first organic sale from a random customer in Tennessee… A month later, I quit my job and went all in on the business

Looks like he’s now averaging about $4K in monthly revenue 💰

Could be an opportunity to do the same thing in different languages / countries.

💡 I brainstormed with ChatGPT and it came up with a similar idea…

Family Groupchat Yearbook: Pull the best photos, jokes, and quotes from the family chat and print annually. Sell as a subscription (“We ping you every December with a one-click reorder.”)

This also reminded me of Framed Tweets, which was earning $25K/mo a few years back 😎

7-Figure Business Waiting to be Built in This Hidden Industry

📝 Tim Stoddart writes

Industrial cleaning is a high revenue business… even a conservative job at 8,000 square feet brings in about 80,000 dollars.

And because these jobs are usually covered by insurance, there is little haggling over price. Time is the critical factor. Cleaners come in, do the work, and clear out, which means they can keep operating nonstop as long as the jobs keep coming.

That combination of urgency, pricing power, and insurance coverage makes the market especially attractive.

Most importantly, these jobs are local. So you have a perfect opportunity to build a business around it.

To take advantage, Tim recommends 👇

– Create a newsletter for cleaning business owners. Share updates on prices of cleaning supplies, marketing tactics, new equipment and techniques

– Build a lead generation directory that connects commercial property owners to cleaners instantly.

– Create an agency that specializes in marketing for industrial cleaning companies.

These owners are constantly busy and rarely stop to focus on branding or lead generation. If you build the apparatus, you can become the go to solution…

if you are serious about building a business that works for you, industrial cleaning is a hidden gem waiting to be owned.

$14K/Month With His Solo Operated Agency

CameronCameronAgency Owner $14,000 monthly revenue

💬 Cameron shares his experience building a business with Go High Level (GHL)…

I have been using GHL for 3 years…

I’ve scaled my solo operated agency… to $14k/month primarily using GHL + MAKE.

His advice for those starting out 👇

wherever you have experience, you sell to [that niche] first because you understand the BUSINESS…

Easy wins are DBR’s [database reactivations] and that’s because it satisfies the human need for instant gratification.

Also

GHL is in high demand EVERY where.

It’s growing and more companies are utilizing it even if not as their foundational CRM.

My suggestion:

Get good at it.
Don’t pay for any mentorship.
Go to Upwork, find jobs and either APPLY or just complete the task so you can understand the platform.

It’s a LOT of features but once you start playing around with it and completing projects that ACTUAL COMPANIES are looking for, you are going to be good.

She Earned $2970 in 30 Days By Leafing Through Poetry Books

Angela DawnAngela DawnAffiliate Marketer $2,970 commission in 30 days

A recent video by Sean Dollwet 👇

$141k/mo with Poem Books – NEW Amazon KDP Strategy…

He’s talking about Morgan Richard Olivier, an author with several books of poetry for sale via Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Sean breaks down Morgan’s strategy and how you might copy it.

But IMO the easier way to make money here is to become an affiliate for authors 🤑

Sean shows at the 1:30 mark that Morgan’s affiliates are earning $1000’s promoting her books via TikTok Shop.

Angela Dawn, with only 17K followers, is the top affiliate with $14.85K revenue generated in 30 days.

20% commission so her earnings for one month = $2970 😎

Angela’s TikTok is mostly simple videos of her leafing through different books. A few took off and racked up millions of views.

TikTok shop (affiliates) is hands down the easiest side hustle rn… I’ve done over $1k since starting this last week…

it’s literally some of the easiest money I’ve ever made… you basically get payed a commission for selling someone’s products through your videos.

Boring Business, Big Money: After School Education For Kids

ComprehensiveYamComprehensiveYamEntrepreneur $100,000 approximate monthly profit

💬 Asked on Reddit…

Boring business, big money: What’s the most overlooked niche that actually makes bank?

ComprehensiveYam replies…

After school education for kids. We have about 1000 students weekly in one single location. About 100k profit per month.

📝 Elsewhere he writes that he’s now 50 years old…

Retired at 46 with about 6m. Now about 10m…

Wife and I started [the business]. Went from zero to retired in about 13 years… wife is a literal genius with kids and I’m a process and scale person so put our heads together…

it’s still running with us remotely supervising… 2m top line [per year] and about 1.2m is what we take home

🚀 How they got started…

Put flyers in library. Teach class on dining room table. Worked our asses off (7 days nonstop) for years…

Likely an opportunity for this kind of business in every decent-sized city 👍

$20K Fast Start for This Super-Niche Agency

Bennett SantoraBennett SantoraCo-founder of Fly Media $20,000 approximate revenue in 2 months

A short-form video agency, aimed at magicians 👉 flymedia.us

We turn your show footage into a powerful social media presence that builds your fanbase and grows your career.

Co-founder Bennett Santora recently posted a video explaining how the agency generated $20K revenue within its first couple of months 💰

They mainly found clients via cold outreach on Instagram.

Opener…

i saw your [show] where you [did xyz] and i’m blown away! i have one question tho…

Helps a lot that Bennett himself is a juggler with a big following online = serious credibility 😎

But I get the impression that it’s mostly Bennett’s co-founder who’s managing the agency, and they had a VA doing the outreach.

There could be a short-form video agency like this for every niche online 🎯

Find someone in a niche who has built up a good following via video content, partner with them, use their credibility to grow the agency.

Or leverage such a partnership to start something else, like a paid online community 👇

$17K Per Month From Their Niche Community in 1 Year

His Digital Product: From $0 to $1,200 in 30 Days (No Ads)

Akram BAkram BEntrepreneur $1200 revenue

📝 Akram B writes

A month ago, I launched my first digital product—an AI prompt pack to help students, freelancers, and creators save time and build income. I had zero followers, no email list, and no ad budget… it brought in over $1,200 in its first 30 days.

Marketing…

Social proof through content: I started sharing free value posts on Reddit and WhatsApp, always giving more than I asked for. These posts attracted the right people without being spammy.

See his Reddit posts here, nothing fancy 🥱

All promoting this lead magnet

I gave away a free mini-pack to build an email list. This brought me early trust and an audience before selling anything.

I signed up and kept an eye on his emails 👀

Really simple stuff, sharing AI prompts to help people save time.

Then in his 4th email he offers a $10 guide which also sounds pretty basic.

What surprised me most was how much organic platforms (especially Reddit) can drive sales if you provide genuine value first.

Could you try something like this for a different audience? 🤔

$11.5K Per Month NOT Selling Websites

Boggy CakesBoggy CakesEntrepreneur $11,500 average monthly revenue

💬 Asked on Reddit recently…

Is anyone here actually making real money selling websites on high-level and stacking the additional services?

Boggy Cakes replies 👇

Yes. I don’t sell websites. I have found more success selling systems… a website is a commodity. Making the switch allowed me to raise my asking price. I currently average $10-13K MRR…

A system is far more valuable than a “website” because you can show the value and ROI of a system.

Currently, I’m putting together a new offer for a new system I am developing to get to $30k/month consistently and it is based on GHL’s core features.

GHL = Go High Level (aff link)

That’s an all-in-one software that makes it easy to provide a bunch of valuable services to small businesses 🤑

Sounds like Boogy Cakes is selling “core features” like…

Basic Website / FunnelMissed Call Text-BackOnline Booking System

Basic stuff that many businesses can benefit from and need help to set up and maintain 👍
