Born in California in the 1960s, Jeff Gomm moved with his family to Texas in the middle of his Fourth Grade year. In fact, inspiration for INTRUDERS came in part from his own adventures as a teenager living near the Texas Hill Country, as well as from his experiences among the Otavalo Indians of Ecuador at the age of 20. He and his wife have three children and two grandchildren. The majority of Jeff's professional career has been in public education, both as a teacher and a school psychologist. In addition to writing, one of his favorite activities is to toss a frisbee around with family and friends. He is also an incurable language enthusiast.
