Lyn Ferrand founded Turning Point Theatre Company and Buzzword Interactive Films. Both companies produced award winning theatre and film for training and to raise awareness of health and social issues. Working in association with a variety of voluntary and statutory agencies, over a period of 14 years, clients included The Crown Prosecution Service, The Devon and Cornwall Police, Lancashire County Council, the Scottish Mental Health Association, Rethink UK and Carers UK. Her film The Lost Child won the National Training Award in 2005.
Lyn became a carer for her husband in 2016. She took a break from writing, but is now, thanks to lots of support from family and Devon Carers, is hard at work on two new books and has just published a book of s ...more
