Juliet's poetry has been widely published in literary journals and online. She blogs at Crafty Green Poet (http://craftygreenpoet.blogspot.com) and on Substack, (https://craftygreenpoet.substack.com/). She edited the poetry journal Bolts of Silk (http://boltsofsilk.blogspot.com) until April 2014.

Her first poetry pamphlet 'Bougainvillea Dancing' (2002), raised money for charities in Malawi. Her second poetry pamphlet 'Unthinkable Skies' was published in 2010 by Calder Wood Press.
