The Swedish Fish Cocktail
2 oz ice cold vodka
1/2 oz apple liqueur
dash of oj
spray of seltzer
sprig of rosemary
This cocktail might be more bracing than Camilla Lackberg's novel, but once again we are met with an interesting cast of characters, if not overly stereotypical, the novel deals with Patrick and Erika from The Ice Princess book. They have had their first child and live is unsettling with a new babe, not to mention a friend's daughter's murder. A bit long, I still enjoy the setting in Sweden. We are given hints of Erika's abused sister's story that will probably play out in a later book. A nice summer read with a nice summer cocktail
