Demonic Charms Release
Book 4 in The Last Witch Series
“I have gone as far as killing my own mother to protect Trent and the rest of the people I call my family. So what was stopping me now? What was making me doubt myself and who I am?”
Faith may be part witch, however she is also part slayer. Knowing that it is as easy to kill a vampire as it is to cast a spell is driving Faith crazy. And with the goddess of witches angry with Faith for turning her back on her own goddess, Faith is going to get a little push into that insanity pool when the furies are called upon to stalk the young witch within an inch of her own rational.
Yet, Faith still has bigger problems. More demons than Faith can count begin to pop up even while vampires hunt demons for their blood. And capturing Faith to get to her demon is not off the table.
Will they be able to help Faith conquer this new battle she faces? Will the furies drive Faith mad to the point of no return? Come and take a read to find out what is in store for the last witch in the world!

Frenchy and the Punk Interview!
Frenchy and the Punk are currently on tour. However, they did step back from the reins (wheel of the bus) to answer a few questions for you lovely steampunkers out there! How terrific are they for doing that?
1. What is the story behind “Frenchy” and the “Punk” meeting for the first time?
Scott is driving so, I’ll answer the questions!
We had never divulged how we first met until last year during an interview on NPR I inadvertently blurted it
out! We first met in1998. I was living in NYC grappling with trying to make art full time and leave the business world behind. I was doing temp jobs on the side to sustain myself and was placed in a company for a two week stint and Scott was there too. A secret office romance ensued (Songs like ‘Make Out” and “Magician and the Dancer” were directly inspired by that). We started collaborating on creative projects around 1999 but it wasn’t until 2005 that I jumped onstage to play percussion on one of Scott’s tunes. That was the impetus for the creation of Frenchy and the Punk. Scott had been performing music live since the age of 14, first in the hardcore punk scene then later as a solo guitarist. I had done a lot of dance which I started at a very young age when growing up in Europe.
2. Is there one song you can think of that has transformed the way you see a particular part of your own life?
Songwriting can be very intense and it is often quite mysterious how the music and lyrics can come about. It feels like gifts from the muse. There’s a lot of meaning wrapped up in the songs but they may not be so in your face apparent as we lace them with humor and energy. Not one particular song has transformed my life but rather the act of living my truth and living a creative life has completely transformed my life. So many of the songs have that theme too. Songs like “Le Train” “I’m Free”, “Why Should I’ and “La Vie d’Boheme”
3. Have you ever had a musical block? Is it like writer’s block? And how do you tend to get over it so you can continue on?
I don’t think of it as writer’s/musical blocks. It’s more like when we feel inspired to write that’s when we write, if we’re not feeling it, we don’t do it! We are super lucky that we do this full time so we have the privilege of being able to heed the call of the muse when we hear it. I don’t think it’s a good idea to force it. If I want to be inspired then I do something that inspires me like, a hike up to Lookout Mountain or a walk in nature wherever we may be at the time, or a visit to a museum. watching a film etc.
4. What do you both hope to gain from your musical career’s the most?
What do I hope people will get from our music… one thing that is really important to me is to inspire people to move, literally and figuratively, whether it be to dance or that our music just makes them want to go forward. If only for a little while, to remove themselves from all of the craziness of life and recharge their internal batteries so that they can face whatever comes their way refreshed and with an optimistic view of what they can accomplish. To bring playfulness to their lives. There’s a lot of negativity out there, we want to bring some balance.
What I hope to gain is what I’m already getting and that is to lead a creative life.
5. What is the advice you would give others that want to follow in your footsteps?
Take off your shoes, get grounded, know what you want. It’s easy to know what you don’t want but knowing what you do want can be a bit trickier. Be honest with yourself, stay out of unnecessary drama and just do the work. Get out there and be kind.

AnachroCon Review
When you go to a convention you expect to find a few panels to go to and some vendors you like. When you go to Anachrocon you find so much more!
I went down stairs and met with Seriously, Dan who was seriously amazing! Along with his assistant Meg who has some amazing photos up here. And I was invited to be on Dan’s radio show! It isn’t up yet, sadly, but when it is I will make sure to post it!
I did a panel called Vampire Through The Ages with Allan Gilbreath, Delilah S. Dawson
and a few other people. All amazing authors that you should check out! Come to find out Delilah will be at RT Booklovers Convention with me and we will get to cross paths again! The panel was a total hit and I really impressed my boyfriend with my smarts. Like he didn’t know I was a total nerd when he met me! HA!
I also did a Q&A panel for authors, which was…interesting. But Q&A panels with authors are always interesting! haha.
So after being on the radio and doing two panels, along with selling seven books in one hour it was time for some relaxation. I put on my dancing shoes and went to see the one and only….
Frenchy and the Punk

It was another amazing show by them and I was so glad to get to see the PUNK afterwards and give him a big hug.
I hope I will be able to attend Anachrocon again next year along with my new friends both author and other wises.
Hugs and Corsets,
Esther

Fire Play
What I got to experience this past weekend was amazing. I got to watch Debbie Lynn and Roy play with fire! Since one of my new characters will be a fire player in the Midnight Carnival I thought it only right to go and do some hands on research for the role of this new character. It was very inspiring and I got some great pictures and videos! Take a look!
