In 2005 I made the most difficult decision of my life in deciding to end my marriage.
The result is a non-fiction book written from the heart. "The Great Escape; A Girl's Guide to Leaving a Marriage" covers various divorce topics. Social changes to expect, co-parenting, budgeting and tips for hiring a lawyer are all included.

My passion for writing began during my divorce and has blossomed into more creative pursuit without losing that drive to help others. "Hearts Unbroken-short stories", is my first published work of fiction.

I reside in Vancouver, British Columbia. I was featured in "B.C. Book World News" as an Indie author to watch. Yoga, painting, and art journaling are my favorite hobbies when I'm not wine tasting.

Lisa Thomson I spent the afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Hemingway and the Bulls in Spain, not to mention all their famous gang with many antics. Yes, I'm reading The Paris Wife and thoroughly enjoying it :)
