Absolvent de ASE, Dan Rădoiu (n. 13 februarie, 1974) este coach, mentor, trainer, project manager, software developer, iar în ultimii ani, și scriitor. În prezent profesează ca Senior Agile Coach, ocupându-se în special de îmbunătățirea performanțelor echipelor profesionale prin implementarea principiilor Agile.

Licențiat în Cibernetică în cadrul Universității Româno-Americane din București și deținător a mai multor licențe și certificate Microsoft în domeniul IT, Dan Rădoiu s-a dedicat și studiilor de psihologie și coaching, devenind de-a lungul anilor unul dintraineri bine cotați in mediul de afaceri.

Ca scriitor, a debutat în volum la Editura Nemira în 2012 cu manualul practic de persuasiune ”Cum să cucerești un bărbat pe e-mail, messenger și Facebook”, scris în forma unui roman de dragoste, completat cu exerciții și teste de verificare a cunoștințelor.

Manualul de persuasiune a fost foarte bine receptat de public, primind critici favorabile atât din partea revistelor de gen, cât și din partea unor jurnale naționale (cum ar fi Cotidianul, Adevarul, cat sialtebloguri cu renume).

Pasionat de literatura fantastică, Dan Rădoiu este prezent în mediul online cu o colecție de povestiri ”Fantastice, romantice, iar pe alocuri, cumplit de absurde” dintre care unele se regăsesc și în volumul de colecție Povestiri de la marginea realității publicat în anul 2015 de către editura CruxPublishing. Încurajat fiind să continue să scrie proză scurtă fantastică, Dan Rădoiu se află astăzi pe piață cu o colecție în care imaginarul și realul își dau mâna pentru a amuza, speria, surprinde și provoca cititorul cu fiecare pagină întoarsă.

Volumul este primit cu entuziasm de critică și public, numărând opinii favorabile din partea scriitorilor, editorilor, criticilor și cititorilor (Gazeta SF, Revista Nautilus etc), fiind comparat cu Mircea Eliade și cu regizorul David Lynch.
