I am a real sadomasochist with over 33 years of personal experience in BDSM and d/s-m/s relationships.

Now that my Kingdom Key series is complete, I am focusing on more books in the Gethis series. I have numerous books lined up for the next five years, plus whatever else my brain conjures up.

I will be continuing the Culpation League as well. I have at least two or three in mind, one of which corresponds to the last Kingdom Key book and the Peeper saga of my Gethis series.

I don't issue trigger warnings. If you have a trigger, assume I will hit it and make your decisions accordingly.

My characters do not always live happily ever after. Things aren't always finished with a nice, neat bow. Sometimes the ending is very messy indeed. ...more

I do a great deal of thinking about a novel. Sometimes the plot comes easily but not the dialogue. Sometimes the dialogue comes easily but not the actions. I go over a book numerous times to fill in those layers. And when I reach a point that I need to think a while longer, then I think a while longer. It all has to make sense to me. It has to be logical and appropriate to the characters, the place and the time. Eventually I figure out or realize what should happen next and I move on. Sometimes I skip ahead to another part of the book and then go back to fill in the missing scene. Sometimes it's easier to write the after effects of what happens and then fill in the event itself once you know the result is. Sometimes something will sit for years before I know how to resolve it. The mystery of who killed Lord Eban in Peeper -- took me four years to figure out whodunnit. lol I don't consider any of that "writer's block." Rather, I simply haven't sorted all that out yet.
