Or, she was a Sociology/Women's Studies major at Knox College who did too much LSD and dropped out of society, later to resurface as a massage therapist after discovering astrology, rebirthing, new age healing, and Divine Openings. Or, she was the nerdy, well-behaved daughter of a Physics professor and a Graphic Designer, who disappointed everyone by being such a loser, then by joining the petite bourgeoisie, then by failing in business, then by going around telling everyone she is a writer.
