Adrian Jackson Dimery, a Jersey girl at heart, has visited more than 20 countries. She lived in Germany for more than a decade and recently took a train to the Arctic Circle (Narvik, Norway). She has lived in Texas for more than two decades.

She is an avid reader of historical fiction, contemporary fiction, presidential biographies, and classics, and a longtime member of The MargaReaders Book Club. Adrian wrote an award-winning column for many years and authored several books. She writes under the names Adrian Jackson, Adrian Jackson Dimery and A. Jackson Dimery.

With a master's degree in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Texas Tech University (Go, Red Raiders!), Adrian has been lucky enough to teach College English and encourage st ...more

Let’s face it. University press books can be dry. Limited budgets and staff restraints limit the ability of small presses to compete with large non-fiction operations and their stylized book covers. Not that all covers from multi-million dollar companies are works of art.
