Tim was born and raised in the western suburbs of St. Louis. He went on to attend college at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. He graduated with degrees in Practical Theology, and Pastoral Studies and Care. He also became a licensed and ordained minister through the school.

Now back in St. Louis, Tim works a steady job in retail, and serves as a deacon at his church. Additionally, he officiates weddings in a freelance capacity.

In September of 2010, Tim's brother took him to MadCon, to meet Gene Wolfe, and hear him speak at several panels. It was that experience that convinced him to try his hand at writing.

Tim's first published piece is "Dancing with the Rain," a short story in the paranormal romance anthology, Paramourtal V

Don't get frustrated at wading through all of the pages you've already written and making them better. This is what allows you to complete a project. It's good to get people to review your work for opinions, but you should not be sending them a first draft.(less)
